How to Register
JK Registration – NOW OPEN for 2026 – 2027 school year.
Welcome, we are so happy you are interested in our school! Please complete the following steps.
- Complete the Online Intake/Application Form. We will contact you soon after receiving your application to schedule a tour and meeting with the principal.
- Meet with the principal.
- Read the Parent/Student Handbook and review with your children.
- Pay your $200 Application Fee and $200 Registration Fee – Etransfer payment to cbagiving@cbcbrantford.ca or contact the school office at office@cbabrantford.ca to make payment.
- The school office will email you the link to register at CBA.
- Receive letter of confirmation of registration.
Success! You are now part of the CBA family!
We will send you further information such as school supplies and school calendar as the school year approaches.
Returning Student Registration SK – 8 Now Open for the Month of February
Welcome back for another year at CBA! Please complete the following steps.
- Complete the Online Registration Form (link sent in February Newsletter).
- Upload any new payment information or documents
- Ensure you have reviewed any updates to Parent/Student Handbook and attest to this during online registration
- Pay the $200 student registration fee.
- Etransfer payment to cbagiving@cbcbrantford.ca or contact the school office at office@cbabrantford.ca to make payment.
- If you are required to meet with the Principal on any outstanding matters, you will be contacted to book a meeting.
- Receive confirmation letter from school office.
Success, you are registered!

- Schedule and complete student placement assessment as required.
- Ready to Register and Enroll? Our school secretary will email you the registration link.
- Pay Registration Fee of $200 per child. (Etransfer payment to cbagiving@cbcbrantford.ca or contact the school office at office@cbabrantford.ca to make payment.)
- Receive confirmation of registration email.
- Welcome letter sent to you.

Tuition
Fee schedule for the 2026-2027 school year is ready.
A limited amount of money is available from a student assistance programme for parents who may require some financial assistance. If you are interested in applying, please contact the CBA office (office@cbabrantford.ca) and you will be sent the application forms. Contributions to this fund are always appreciated.
BASC – Before and After School Care
Please indicate your interest and frequency you may require for the new school year to the office via email (office@cbabrantford.ca). We will be confirming the program availability, depending on interest in August.
