How to Register
JK Registration – NOW OPEN!
Welcome, we are so happy you are choosing our school! Please complete the following steps.
- Complete the Online Intake/Application Form. We will contact you soon after receiving your application to schedule a tour and meeting with the principal.
- Meet with the principal.
- Pay your $200 Application Fee – Etransfer payment to [email protected] or contact the school office at [email protected] to make payment.
- Read the Parent/Student Handbook and review with your children.
- Pay your $200 Registration Fee – Etransfer payment to [email protected] or contact the school office at [email protected] to make payment.
- Fill out the JK Online Registration Form. To register additional students click here.
- Receive confirmation of registration letter.
Success! You are now part of the CBA family!
We will send you further information such as school supplies and school calendar as the school year approaches.
Returning Student Registration SK – 8 Coming Soon!
Welcome back for another year at CBA! Please complete the following steps.
- Complete the Online Registration Form.
- Upload any new payment information or documents
- Ensure you have reviewed any updates to Parent/Student Handbook and attest to this during online registration
- Pay the $150/student registration fee (until March 10).
- Etransfer payment to [email protected] or contact the school office at [email protected] to make payment.
- If you are required to meet with the Principal on any outstanding matters, you will be contacted to book a meeting.
- Receive confirmation letter from school office.
Success, you are registered!

New Students SK – 8 Opening in March!

- Pay the non-refundable $200 Application Fee. (Etransfer payment to [email protected] or contact the school office at [email protected] to make payment.)
- Read the Parent/Student Handbook and review with your children.
- Schedule and complete student placement assessment as required.
- Fill out the Online Registration Form for SK – 8 students or the JK Registration Form (Coming Soon).
- Pay Registration Fee of $200 per child. (Etransfer payment to [email protected] or contact the school office at [email protected] to make payment.)
- Receive confirmation of registration email.
- Welcome letter sent to you.

We will send other items closer to the new school year such as school supplies needed and any new information.

Tuition

A limited amount of money is available from a student assistance programme for parents who may require some financial assistance. If you are interested in applying, please contact the CBA office ([email protected]) and you will be sent the application forms. Contributions to this fund are always appreciated.
BASC – Before and After School Care
Please indicate your interest and frequency you may require for the new school year to the office via email ([email protected]). We will be confirming the program availability, depending on interest in August.
